摘要
搜集了2011-2015年近200起发生在浙江及周边海域的商船与渔船碰撞事故的详细资料,从碰撞事故发生的海域、时间、渔船作业类型及渔船运行状态等多个角度,分析了事故发生的特征和规律,并因此探讨了碰撞事故发生的原因,最后提出了预防碰撞的针对性措施,旨在为遏制或减少浙江海域商船与渔船碰撞事故发生提供参考。
Approximate 200 collision accidents between fishing vessels and merchant ships were confirmed from 2011 to 2015 in the Zhejiang coastal waters and surrounding maritime space. By analyzing these accidents in perspectives of locations, collision time, types of fishing vessels, and sail conditions, some common features can be concluded. Hence, the article explores the causes of ship collision accidents and draws the pointed precaution, which aims at restraining or preventing ships from collisions in the future.
