摘要
传统右心室部起搏会恶化心功能、增加死亡率。希氏束起搏利用了心脏特殊传导系统,可以使双心室同步激动,是最生理性的起搏方式。多个临床研究已证实希氏束起搏是可行的、安全的和有效的。左束支区域起搏是在生理性起搏的进一步探索中提出的全新的起搏方式,克服了希氏束起搏成功率低,感知和阈值不佳的问题,展现出良好应用前景。文章就希氏束起搏和左束支区域起搏的临床应用研究进展做一综述。
        Conventional right ventricular apical pacing is deleterious to heart function and as a result,mortality increases. His bundle pacing utilizes the special conduction system of the heart and activates the double ventricular chamber simultaneously that models physiological pacing model efficiently. Different clinical studies have demonstrated that the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of applying His bundle pacing. Left bundle branch area pacing is a novel method proposed in the further exploration of physiological pacing,with the merits of overcoming the shortcomings of His bundle pacing,such as low success rate,low sensitivity and high threshold. This article provides a comprehensive review over the most up-to-date research progress of clinical application using His bundle pacing and Left bundle branch area pacing.
