开放手术及腹腔镜无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果

摘要
目的探究开放手术及腹腔镜无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法将2015年2月至2018年2月本院收治的80例腹股沟疝患者按照病历号奇偶数分为对照组(开放手术治疗)和试验组(腹腔镜无张力修补术治疗),各40例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组手术时间长于对照组,术后恢复时间、住院时间、术后卧床时间均短于对照组,术中出血量及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果显著,其可缩短患者术后恢复时间,减少术中出血量及住院费用,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率及复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of open surgery and laparoscopic tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Eighty patients with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February2018 were divided into control group(open surgery) and experimental group(laparoscopic tension-free herniorrhaphy)according to the odd and even of medical record number, with 40 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,and the postoperative recovery time, hospitalization time and postoperative bedridden time were shorter than those of the control group, amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization expenses were less than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups decreased, and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic tension-free herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia has a remarkable effect, which can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization expenses, relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
