摘要
选择健康新西兰母兔,随机分成3组进行不同补光时间对母兔繁殖性能的影响试验。本次试验结果显示:采取人工授精前3天与前7天补光组(A与B组)的补光制度,两种补光处理结果差异不显著,与激素处理C组相比,均能显著提高母兔同期发情率、发情配种数及怀孕数,受胎率比C组分别高约7.8%与8%;三组母兔群体产活仔率差异不显著。但采取人工授精前3天与前7天补光组(A与B组)的光照制度,能显著提高母兔群体产仔总数。结论:不同补光时间(人工授精前7天与人工授精前3天补光)对母兔繁殖性能的影响差异不显著,综合考虑能耗等因素,实际生产中建议采用人工授精前3天进行补光处理。
        The healthy New Zealand female rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, and the effects ofdifferent light duration on the reproductive performance of female rabbits were studied. The results showed that 3 days and 7 days before artificial insemination(A and B Group), the difference between the two treatments wasnot significant, compared with the hormone treatment group C, can significantly improve the same rate of estrus,the number of pregnant women and the number of pregnancy, conception rate higher than the C group wereabout 7.8 % and 8%. There was no significant difference in the survival rate between the three groups. Howev-er, the light system of group A and group B could significantly increase the total litter size of female rabbits.Conclusion: There were no significant differences in the reproductive performance between the two groups(7 days before artificial insemination and 3 days before artificial insemination) on the reproductive performance offemale rabbits. Considering the energy consumption and other factors, the actual production was recommended 3 days before artificial insemination fill light treatment.
