摘要

膏体充填最早应用于金属矿山开采和尾矿处理等方面,煤矿膏体充填开采应用开始于最近20 a,主要用于解放"三下一上"压煤和治理地表沉陷。膏体充填泵是煤矿膏体充填开采体系的关键设备之一,以往的膏体充填泵已不能满足目前煤矿充填开采需求。故设计出一种新型大排量、高工作压力煤矿用膏体充填泵,并对其主要技术参数、各部件的组成、设计要点及原理和特性功能作简单介绍。
        Paste backfilling was first used in metal mine mining and tailings treatment. Paste backfilling in coal mine began in the last 20 years, mainly used to liberate coal under buildings,railways and water bodies,and above aquifer,and to ontrol surface subsidence. Paste filling pump is one of the key equipment of paste filling mining system in coal mine. Paste filling pump in the past cannot meet the current needs of coal mine filling mining. Therefore, a new type paste filling pump with large displacement and high working pressure for coal mine was designed, and its main technical parameters, components, design points, principles and characteristics and functions were briefly introduced.
