王克勤教授治疗抑郁症经验

摘要
王克勤教授结合抑郁症的发病年龄、发病特点、相关精神情志因素,并应用中医心理学基本理论,辨证治疗抑郁症,取得很好疗效。基本治疗原则为:1重视年龄阶段在抑郁症发病中的重要性;2提出"肝气虚"是抑郁证发病的常见证型,以补肝气法治疗"肝气型"抑郁症;3创立舒肝散等治疗抑郁症的基本方药加减应用;4中西药结合治疗抑郁症,既可以很快控制患者病情,同时也可以缓解躯体症状;5灵活应用温病开窍法及开窍醒神类药物治疗抑郁症;6重视心理治疗等。
Combined with the age of onset,disease characteristics,and related emotional factors,applied basic theory of TCM psychology,Professor Wang Keqin treated depression by syndrome differentiation and get a good curative effect. Basic treatment principles: pay attention to the importance of age in the pathogenesis of depression; It raises " liver Qi deficiency" which is a common syndrome type of depression syndrome; It raises the method of tonifying liver Qi to treat depression of liver Qi deficiency; It creates the addition and subtraction application of Shugan San which is the basic prescriptions in the treatment of depression; The combination of TCM and western medicine was capable to control the patient's condition timely and alleviate the physical symptoms; It raises to flexibly apply to the method of warm resuscitation and to utilize resuscitation drugs; Pay attention to psychological treatment etc.
