分析老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者应用补肾壮骨方联合经皮穿刺椎体成形术进行治疗的效果

摘要
目的对老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者采用补肾壮骨联合经皮穿刺椎体成形术进行治疗,查看其治疗效果。方法选取本病门诊或住院患者70例,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,治疗组给予补肾壮骨方结合经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,对照组单纯应用西药抗骨质疏松治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,观察组患者的胸腰背疼痛指数评分明显优于对照组患者,观察组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数评分也显著优于对照组患者,观察组患者的骨密度T值也明显优于对照组患者,观察组患者治疗的总有效率也显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者采用补肾壮骨联合经皮穿刺椎体成形术进行治疗,有利于缓解患者的疼痛,促进患者骨折康复,也有利于患者骨量的增加,因此值得进一步研究。
Objective To treat patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebrae osteoporotic fractures with percutaneous vertebroplasty and to treat their effects. Methods 70 cases of outpatients or hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases). The treatment group was given Bushenzhuanggufang combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty, and the control group was treated with western medicine anti-bone Loosening treatment. Observed the treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the thoracolumbar pain index scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The Oswestry disability index scores in the observation group were also significantly better than those in the control group. The bone mineral density T value was also excellent in the observation group. In the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures with Bushen Zhuanggu combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty is beneficial for relieving the patient's pain, promoting the recovery of the patient's fracture, and it is also beneficial for the increase of the patient's bone mass. It is worth further study.
