摘要

以黑龙江省地方林业为研究对象,探讨和分析了黑龙江省森林生态系统经营的现状和存在的问题,指出应从经营范围、资金投入、透光抚育、"三低"林改造、扩大补贴面积、加大科技创新、培养基层技术人员、林业基础设施建设八个方面进行调整,提高黑龙江省林业经营水平。
        This paper takes local forestry in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of forest ecosystem management in Heilongjiang Province,and points out that it should be from the scope of business,capital investment,light transmission, " three low" forest transformation,expansion of subsidy area,increasing scientific and technological innovation,cultivating technical personnel in the medium layer,and forestry infrastructure construction to improve the level of forestry management in Heilongjiang Province.
