舒肝解郁胶囊联合针刺治疗抑郁症临床研究

摘要
目的:研究舒肝解郁胶囊联合针刺治疗抑郁症的临床效果及其对副反应量表(TESS)评分的影响。方法:将120例抑郁症患者随机分成2组各60例,对照组患者使用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗;联合组采取舒肝解郁胶囊联合针刺治疗,比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及TESS评分。结果:临床疗效总有效率联合组93.33%,对照组76.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,联合组HAMD评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗2周后及治疗5周后联合组TESS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:使用舒肝解郁胶囊联合针刺治疗抑郁症,能够促进患者临床症状的改善和睡眠质量的提升,同时治疗产生的副反应较小,安全性较高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with acupuncture for depression and its effect on the scores of treatment emergent side effect scale(TESS). Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for treatment,and the combination group was given Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with acupuncture for treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before and after treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and the scores of TESS after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the combination group,and 76.6 7% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). After two weeks of treatment and five weeks of treatment,the scores of TESS in the combination group were respectively lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with acupuncture for depression can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients and sleep quality with small side effect and high safety.
