摘要
以航天诱变选育的多叶型紫花苜蓿新品种"航苜1号"为对象,简要阐述了其选育过程、连续四代多叶性状的遗传规律及多叶率、草产量、营养成分、氨基酸、微量元素等指标与对照相比较的优越性。同时,为检测航天搭载后第一代(SP1)植株是否发生基因变异及在SP2~SP4代变异能否稳定遗传,连续四代分别采样,采用SRAP分子标记法进行检测,结果表明:SP1代与未搭载原品种(CK)相比基因组DNA扩增出不同的差异带,分别为缺失1条带,大小约550bp,增加1条带,大小约100bp,在DNA水平上产生了变异,并且在SP2、SP3、SP4代稳定遗传。
        A new variety of‘Hangmu No.1'was breed by space mutation,its breeding process and hereditary of four generation were briefly introduced.The superiority of multi-leaf,grass yield,nutritional content and amino acids content were studied compared with control variety.SRAP was employed to test whether the gene of SP1 generation was varied and could inherit stably in SP2~SP4.The results showed that there were differences in amplified genomic DNA bands between SP1 generation and CK,one band about 550 bp was lost and one new band about 100 bp appeared,this mutation can continue heredity stably in the SP2,SP3,SP4 generation.
