摘要
为激光打标自动焦点功能的实现提供该光学系统的理论支持。基于对激光打标技术及激光打标机原理的认知,通过对激光打标机的国内外实际应用现状的分析,认为实现激光打标自动焦点功能实有必要。考虑到测距精度,可用三角测距法构建该系统的光路部分,通过对三角测距原理分析及推导,编程辅助,找出了主要光学参数之间的关系以及光学系统的位置尺寸关系,为实际的应用设计提供了理论依据。
Considering the ranging accuracy,the optical path of the system can be constructed by triangular ranging method.In this paper,the principle of triangular ranging is discussed.The relationship between the main optical parameters and the position and size of the optical system are found out by analysis and deduction,with the aid of programming,which provides a theoretical basis for practical application design.
