摘要
本文回顾了天然着色的历史,探讨了化工染色的兴衰,重点论述了纳米生色的原理及特点。纳米生色是指运用真空沉积技术在织物表面溅射纳米量级的膜层,通过对膜层结构、尺度和材料的调整产生色彩。纳米生色具有不用染料不用水的独特优势,彻底解决了化工印染严重污染环境的难题。
        In this paper, the history of natural dye coloring and chemical dye coloring were presented and the limitation of present dying technology was concluded. In order to address the present dying industry dilemmas,an innovative technology--nanocoloring technique was introduced. Nanocoloring technique was a textile surface modification technology which produces nano-thick multilayer films on the textile surface,and by controlling the component and tihckness of films, different colours were produced. The coloring principle of nanocoloring technique was structual colour which was different from traditional pigmentation principle, and nanocoloring was a water free and chemical dye free technique,that can solve the high pollution problem of the dying industry from the source. It was possible that nanocoloring technique would lead the third industrial revolution of printing and dying industry.
