1例吲哚美辛片致神经系统不良反应的病例报道

摘要
目的探讨吲哚美辛临床应用及不良反应。方法选取我院2017年1例吲哚美辛片致神经系统不良反应的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结论吲哚美辛不良反应多,神经系统不良反应发生率在20%-50%。随着吲哚美辛应用的日益广泛,其不良反应发生的情况也逐渐增多,在使用过程中临床医生应严把药物适应症及禁忌症,熟知药物不良反应,确保药物使用安全,减少药物不良反应的发生概率。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and adverse reactions of indomethacin.MethodsAretrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 1 case of indomethacin-induced neurological adverse reactions in ahospital in 2017. Results One patient had indomethacin and then got neurological adverse reactions in the hospital in 2017.ConclusionIndomethacin has many adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions in nervous system is between20% and 50%. With the increasing use of indomethacin, the incidence of adverse reactions is increasing. Therefore, the clini-cians should strictly control the indications and contraindications of indomethacin and be familiar with the adverse reactionsof indomethacin, so as to ensure the safety of drug use and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.
