摘要
目的探讨规范化健康教育对食管癌放疗患者自我感受负担(SPB)、应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法将80例食管磷状细胞癌放疗患者依据健康教育方式的不同分为对照组(接受常规健康教育)37例和干预组(接受规范化健康教育)43例,干预前后比较两组患者的SPB、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、中国癌症患者化学生物治疗生活质量量表(QLQ-CCC)评分。结果干预前两组患者SPB各维度评分、MCMQ各维度评分、QLQCCC各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。干预后,干预组患者SPB各维度评分及MCMQ回避、屈服维度评分均低于对照组患者,MCMQ面对维度评分及QLQ-CCC各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论规范化健康教育可有效缓解食管癌放疗患者的SPB体验,有助于患者选择积极的应对方式,提高患者的生活质量。
        Objective To explore the effect of standardized health education on the self-perceived burden(SPB), coping style and quality of life(QOL) of patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy. Method Analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radiotherapy, these patients were stratified as control group(administered with conventional health education, n=37) and intervention group(with standardized health education, n=43) according to the different methods of health education, the SPB, medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ) and quality of life for Chinese cancer patients with chemobiotherapy(QLQ-CCC) scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Result There was no significant difference in each domain of SPB,MCMQ and QLQ-CCC scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of SPB and its subscales, as well as the scores of avoidance and acceptance-resignation in MCMQ were lower in the intervention group than in the control group, while confrontation score in MCMQ and all domains of QLQ-CCC scores were higher in intervention group than in control group, demonstrating statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized health education can effectively alleviate the SPB of patients with esophageal cancer receiving radiotherapy, and may further help patients choose a positive way to cope with treatment and improve their quality of life.
