摘要
目的:探讨呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)值在非小细胞肺癌患者中的变化及其意义。方法:选择2015年3月—2018年1月在江阴市人民医院首次确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者130例,对他们的FeNO水平进行分析。结果:肺鳞癌患者FeNO水平明显高于肺腺癌患者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)提示22.5ppb是在非小细胞肺癌中鉴别鳞癌的最佳诊断界值,以此诊断肺鳞癌的灵敏度为45.83%,特异度为68.87%,阳性预测值为25.00%,阴性预测值为84.88%。结论:FeNO检测对于非小细胞肺癌的分类诊断具有一定的提示意义。
