聚乳酸纤维的碱处理及对染色性能的影响

摘要
研究了氢氧化钠用量、碱处理温度和碱处理时间等工艺因素对聚乳酸纤维碱处理效果的影响,并对碱处理后聚乳酸纤维的染色性能进行分析。结果表明:聚乳酸纤维的减量率随着氢氧化钠用量的增加、处理温度的升高和处理时间的延长而提高,并与氢氧化钠用量呈现线性相关性。随着减量率的增加,纤维的强力明显下降;碱处理后聚乳酸纤维的上染百分率有所增加,但表观得色量(K/S值)并没有增加。实际生产中可以根据需要,通过控制工艺条件获得需要的减量率。
        The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, reduction temperature and time on alkali treatment effect of polylactic acid fiber were studied, and the change of dyeing performance of polylactic acid fiber after alkali treatment was analyzed. The results showed that the reduction rate of polylactic acid fiber increased with the increasing of sodium hydroxide concentration, increasing of reduction temperature, expanding of reduction time, and the concentration of sodium hydroxide showed linear correlation. The strength of the fiber decreased obviously with the increasing of the reduction rate. After alkali treatment, dyeing percentage of polylactic acid fiber increased, but the color strength(K/S value) did not increase. In the actual production, the required reduction rate could be obtained by controlling the process conditions as required.
