摘要
为了分析13101综采工作面软岩段快速掘进过程中的围岩变形情况和巷道支护效果,采用现场实测的方法对巷道表面位移和顶板离层情况进行监测分析。从监测的结果可以看出:巷道的围岩变形主要发生在掘后的7 d内,占巷道总变形量的大约70%;巷道掘后的第二天是巷道围岩变形量的速度峰值,两帮位移变形量的平均速度峰值大约是12 mm,顶板位移变形量的平均速度峰值大约是11 mm。对比本矿井历史监测数据,说明该项快速掘进支护技术应用效果良好。
        In order to analyze surrounding rock deformation and roadway support effect in rapid excavation process of soft rock section in 13101 fully mechanized mining face, field measurement method was used to monitor and analyze roadway surface displacement and roof separation. The results showed that deformation mainly occurred within 7 d after excavation,accounting for about 70% of total deformation of roadway; the second day after excavation was the peak velocity of deformation of surrounding rock, average velocity peak of two sides and roof displacement deformation were about 12 mm and 11 mm respectively. Comparing with historical monitoring data, it was clear that effect of this rapid excavation support technique was good.
