煤气化细渣表面性质分析及浮选提质研究

摘要
为了二次回收利用气化炉细渣,采用扫描电镜、红外光谱和RM-C80微量热仪等分析手段研究了气化细渣的性质,并探究了对其进行浮选提质的可行性。研究结果表明,气化细渣的灰分和水分含量高,却无法直接回收利用,必须分选提质后利用,且气化细渣的表面虽然氧化严重但仍具有一定的疏水性。采用浮选机或者浮选柱分选,均可将气化细渣的灰分由50.71%降至25%以下,干燥基发热量由16.59 MJ/kg提高至26.36 MJ/kg以上;在相同药剂用量条件下,与浮选机相比,浮选柱的精煤灰分降低了0.44%,精煤产率提高了2.64%,浮选完善指标提高了3.45%。上述结果证明,浮选方法可有效脱除气化细渣中含有的灰渣而提高其发热量,且浮选柱对气化细渣的分选提质效果优于浮选机。
        In order to study recycling coal cinder of gasifier,the author took scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,RM-C80 microcalorimeter and other methods to analyze properties of gasification coal cinder and explored feasibility of flotation.The results showed that the ash and moisture content of gasification coal cinder were high which was difficult to recycle but could be separated,and then utilized,and the surface of the gasified coal cinder had certain hydrophobicity although it is severely oxidized.The ash content of gasification coal cinder reduced from 50.71%to less than 25%,and the calorific value of dry basis increased from 16.59 MJ/kg to more than 26.36 MJ/kg by using flotation machine and flotation column.Under the same dosage,compared with the flotation machine,the clean coal ash content of the flotation column reduced 0.44%,the clean coal yield increased 2.64% and the flotation improvement indicator increased 3.45% which showed that the ash contained in the gasified coal cinder effectively removed by flotation and leading the calorific value increased,and the flotation column was better than the flotation machine in improving effects of the gasification coal cinder.
