摘要
综述了双传感器表面检测系统的功能与组成,以及在首钢京唐公司冷轧2 230镀锌产线的使用现状,并详述了双传感器表面检测系统的技术优势、检测特点和应用价值。根据产品表面状态和质量要求对镀锌产品细分材料组和分类器优化,使表检仪的检测能力和分类水平大大提高。分析了几种典型缺陷在线阵相机和面阵相机拍摄下的各自特点及差异原因,增强了对于重要缺陷如翘皮、孔洞、夹杂、锌渣、硌痕、划伤等在表检仪下的认识和检出率,大大提高了镀锌带钢表面质量判定的准确性,也对促进镀锌产线的工艺改进起到了重要的作用。
        The function,composition and application status in cold rolled 2 230 hot dip galvanized line in Shougang Jingtang of the dual sensor surface detection system were summarized.The technological superiority,use characteristics and application value of the dual sensor surface detection system were described in detail.According to the surface statement and quality requirement of the product,the material group and classification of the galvanized products were optimized,which greatly improved the detection ability and the classification levels.The characteristics and differences of several typical surface defects were analyzed by the line scan field cameras and matrix scan field cameras,which increased the cognition and detection ability of the important defects such as warping,hole,inclusion,zinc slag,small dent,scratch and so on.As a result,the accuracy of the judgment of the surface quality of galvanized steel strip was greatly improved,and at the same time,it played an important role in improving the process and technology of hot dip galvanized line.
