摘要

为了提高热轧产品的表面质量,满足客户需求,引入Cognex表面检测系统来指导现场生产。同时介绍了表面检测系统的构成,并简述了它在实际生产中的使用状况。并针对实际应用,提出一些使用过程的建议,取得了良好的效果。
        In order to improve the surface quality of hot-rolled products, and to meet customer requirement, the Cognex surface detection system was introduced to guide site production. At the same time, the component of the surface detection system is introduced, and the actual situation of our company is introduced, and some suggestions for the process are put forward and good results are obtained as well.
