摘要
从冲击作用基本原理出发,分析了型材冷锯区升降齐头挡板装置抗冲击能力低,且冲击座杆件、碟簧等主要部件经常损坏的原因,并提出了改造方案。通过整改挡板头、增加碟簧数量及水平导板等措施,提高了装置的弹性系数,减少了导向杆的纵向载荷,齐头挡板装置抗冲击能力低的问题明显改善,产品成材率大幅提高。
        Based on the basic principle of impact action, the causes of low impact resistance of lifting and lowering full head baffle device in cold saw section and frequent damage of main parts such as impact seat rod and disc spring are analyzed, and the modification scheme is put forward. Through adjusting the baffle head, increasing the number of disc spring and horizontal guide plate, the elasticity coefficient of the device was increased, the longitudinal load of the guide rod was reduced, the low impact resistance of full head baffle was obviously improved, and the yield of the product was greatly increased.
