金刚线基线用钢丝标准化研究

摘要
介绍金刚线基线用钢丝标准研究的意义,对金刚线基线用钢丝标准制定原则及其原料提出要求;重点研究基线的性能特征,如基线规格、公称直径及允许偏差、椭圆度、破断拉力与扭转值及抗拉强度名义值,工艺性能参数如圈径、翘距的量化指标,给出钢丝工艺性能试验方法。
To introduce the significance of research on steel wire standard for diamond wire baseline, and put forward the principle for establishing steel wire standard of diamond wire baseline and the requirements of its raw material. The performance characteristics of baseline, such as baseline specifications, nominal diameter and allowable deviation, ellipticity, breaking tension and torsion, and nominal value of tensile strength, as well as quantitative indexes of technological performance parameters such as ring diameter and warpage, are emphatically studied. The test method of technological performance of steel wire is given.
