摘要
城市公交车用气压盘式制动器(ADB)是汽车制动器发展的趋势。ADB对盘式制动衬块有很高的技术要求。采取了一系列技术措施,解决了高温摩擦性能稳定性和物理性能等问题,探索了盘式制动衬块的测试项目和方法。
Using air disc brake( ADB) in the city bus is a development trend of automobile brake. ADB has a high technology requirement to the disc pads. A series of technology measures for the project were taken. The results show that the problems of the stability of friction performance in the high temperature and physical performance were solved. The test projects and methods of the disc pads were explored.
