摘要
综合考虑起始电流值、电流衰减指数与极化作用对蓄电池快速充电的影响,提出一种改进型自适应双间歇脉冲宽度调制(PWM)充电模式,在有效减弱充电过程极化作用的同时,利用充电间歇时段分析蓄电池当前状态,实时调整各时段最佳充电电流起始值与电流衰减指数。克服快速充电时段前期电流偏小、后期电流偏大的缺点。对实时动态调整阶段进行了结构设计,论述调整过程及物理可实现性。
The effects of initial current value, current attenuation index and polarization on fast charging of batterywere considered, an improved adaptive bidirectional intermittent pulse width modulation(PWM) charging mode wasproposed. While effectively reducing the polarization effect in the charging process, the current state of the batterywas analyzed in the intermittent period of charging, and the optimal starting value of charging current and currentattenuation index of each period were adjusted in real time. The disadvantages of low current at the early stage andhigh current at the later stage of rapid charging period were overcome. The real-time dynamic adjustment stagewas designed and the adjustment process and physical realizability were discussed.
