摘要
为了解决沥青路面发生火灾时易燃和路面摊铺时产生大量有毒气体等问题,通过室内实验研究了在SMA混合料中掺加不同比例的EC130温拌剂和FRMAX阻燃剂后的降温阻燃效果以及路用性能。结果表明:EC130温拌剂和FRMAX阻燃剂降温阻燃效果明显,且阻燃剂对降温效果影响不大,温拌剂有利于阻燃效果的提高;通过路用性能试验得出SMA混合料中EC130温拌剂最佳掺量为0.3%,FRMAX阻燃剂最佳掺量为0.5%时,各方面性能表现优异且经济效益最优。
        In order to solve the problem of a large number of toxic gases in the flammable and pavement paving of asphalt pavement,the effect of cooling and flame retardancy and road performance of SMA mixture with different proportions of EC130 warm mixing agent and FRMAX flame retardant were studied through laboratory experiments. The results show that the effect of EC130 warm mixing agent and FRMAX flame retardant is obvious,and the flame retardants have little effect on the cooling effect,and the warm mixing agent is beneficial to the improvement of the flame retardancy effect. Through the pavement performance test,the optimum mixing amount of EC130 warm mixing agent in SMA mixture is 0.3% and the best dosage of FRMAX flame retardant is 0.5%. It is excellent and has the best economic benefit.
