摘要

本文分析了高校联合培养物流专业人才的必要性以及对接项目实施的问题,阐述了高校联合培养物流人才培养目标在对接时应遵循的原则,以武汉船舶职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,提出"3+2"的人才培养目标定位的实施与保障条件。
        This essay firstly analyzes the necessity of joint training of logistics talents by vocational colleges and normal universities,and discusses the implementation of the linking programs between the two forms of education.Then the essay explains the principles to be followed in joint talents training,and finally puts forward the positioning of "3+2" joint talents training and the implementation measures,with logistics specialty of Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example.
