职业院校技术技能积累路径研究

摘要
职业院校是国家技术技能积累的重要载体,但目前研究高职的技术技能积累不多,尤其是夯实职业院校技术技能积累的具体途径尚未深入的研究。从职业院校的定位出发,界定了职业院校技术技能积累内涵,分析技术技能积累的规律,据此构建三种可行的技术技能积累平台:以校企合作育人平台引入企业的技术技能,以校-校-企三方研发平台强化新知识转化成新技术能力,以创新创业平台促使内生型技术技能积累。
Vocational college is the important carrier of national technology & skill accumulation, but there is not much research about accumulating technology & skill at present. Especially, the specific ways of tamping the technology & skill accumulation of vocational colleges have not yet been studied in depth. Starting from the position of vocational colleges, the paper defines the connotation of technology & skill accumulation of vocational colleges, and analyzes its regularities to build up three feasible platforms:the platform of school-enterprise cooperating education introduces enterprise technology & skill, the platform of school-school-enterprise research and development strengthens the transformation capabilities of new knowledge into new technology, the platform of innovation and entrepreneurship promotes accumulation of internal technology & skill.
