摘要
本试验旨在探讨以黄芪多糖((Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)为免疫增强剂改善猪瘟混感母猪免疫抑制效果。以24头猪瘟(Classical Swine fever,CSF)混感带毒母猪随机分成4个试验组。各组分别于免疫后第20 d、第35 d、第50 d,进行采血和相关指标的测定。结果显示:APS能延长猪瘟抗体效价的衰减时间,显著增加外周血T淋巴细胞数、提高CD4+/CD8+比值,改善产仔性能。表明APS对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫均有促进作用。
        To investigate the improving effects o f immunopotentiator astragalus polysaccharide(APS) on the classical swine fever virus(CSFV) poly-infection induced immunosuppression in sows. Sows infected CSFV were randomly divided into 4 groups. The antigens of piglets were detected after 20 d, 35 d, 50 d immunization, respectively.Our results revealed that the decay time of antigen in the APS treated piglets was significantly longer than that in the control group(p < 0.01). Numbers of T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in the peripheral blood were also increased significantly(p < 0.01). Collectively, these results demonstrate that APS could be used as a good immunopotentiator on the specific immunity and non-specific immunity.
