摘要
设计了一种遥控自走式三七收获机,与现有三七收获机相比,采用前喂入式收获,减少了损伤率,且体积小,作业效率高,符合三七大棚、小地块种植作业需求,满足三七种植农机与农艺相结合要求,可同时完成挖掘、夹持、拍土、根茎分离及收集等功能。遥控自走式三七收获机主要由机架、挖掘部分、夹持运输部分、拍土部分、根茎分离部分及动力系统等工作部件组成。挖掘刀片呈内八字形设计,入土能力强,结构简单,工作阻力小,机身后有三七收纳筐,可堆放三七果。田间样机收获试验表明,机械净收率和损伤率极大提高,为云南省三七收获机械化研究和发展提供了参考。
        In this paper,a remote control self-propelled Sanqi harvester,compared with the existing Sanqi harvester,usingthe former feed-type harvest,Sanqi damage rate is small,small size,improve operating efficiency,to meet the development of Yunnan Sanqi harvester mechanization,Sanqi planting agriculture and agronomy combined requirements,can be completed at the same time mining,clamping,shoot soil,rhizome separation,collection and other functions. Remote control self-propelled three seven harvesting machine mainly includes the frame,the excavation part,the clamping part,the shooting part,the rhizome separation part,the power system part and so on the working part composition. Digging into the blade into the eight-shaped design,strong ability to land,simple structure,the work of small resistance,the fuselage after the collection of baskets,can be stacked thirty-seven fruit. Field test results showed that the net yield was 97% and the damage rate was 1. 5%. This study provides reference for the research and development of mechanization and development of Sanqi harvest in Yunnan province.
