摘要
目的探讨高灵敏度、高精度的膀胱压力监测技术。方法设计具有微弱信号检测的高灵敏度调理电路,并通过高频滤波实现噪声过滤,进而通过高性能ARM芯片完成数据处理。基于蓝牙芯片实现高速无线数据传输,同时开发接收终端APP,最终完成患者膀胱功能的维护和管理。结果根据所设计的实验结果(精度1 mm Hg,灵敏度0. 3 mm Hg),该系统的灵敏度和精度能够满足临床需求。结论本研究实验设计能够实现动态的膀胱内压监测和自动排放,减少护理工作量,维护患者膀胱功能。
        Objective To explore the high-sensitivity and high-precision monitoring technology for bladder pressure. Methods A high-sensitivity conditioning circuit was designed for weak signal detection,and high-frequency filter was used to reduce noise,and then the signal was processed by the high-performance ARM chip. High-speed wireless data transmission was realized based on Bluetooth chip. At the same time,the receiving terminal APP was developed in order to achieve the maintenance and management of bladder function in patients. Results According to the experimental results( with accuracy of 1 mm Hg and sensitivity of 0. 3 mm Hg),the sensitivity and accuracy of this system can meet the clinical needs. Conclusion The experimental design of this research can realize dynamic monitoring of bladder internal pressure and automatic discharge,reduce nursing workload and maintain bladder function of patients.
