摘要
为了解决在役旋塞阀摩擦力矩大、阀芯旋转困难以及密封不严等问题,通过对目前旋塞阀结构的优缺点分析,找出旋塞阀失效的主要原因。利用压力自平衡和压差自密封原理,对旋塞阀的结构进行改进,设计了一种新型钻井用内防喷压差自密封式旋塞阀。通过对旋塞阀主密封面的密封比压计算和旋转系统的三维有限元接触分析,确保密封面上的材料满足强度要求,且能实现有效密封,使其更好地服务于钻井现场,同时为顶驱内防喷装置的设计和改进提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of large friction torque,difficult operation of valve spool and loose sealing of in-service plug valve,the advantages and disadvantages of the current plug valve have been discussed and the main reasons for the failure of the plug valve have been pointed out.The structure improvements of the plug valve based on the principle of self-balance pressure and pressure difference self-sealing have been completed and a new type of internal pressure preventer of drilling-stopcock has been engineered.By the designing of the sealing pressure on the main sealing surface of the plug valve and the three-dimensional finite element contacting-analysis of the rotating system,the material selection on the sealing surface's satisfaction of the strength requirement has been guaranteed.The sealing surface's reliable sealing could be achieved and it provides an important reference for the design and improvement of the blowout preventer in the top drive.
