妊娠期妇女焦虑及其影响因素的研究现状及其进展

<正>妊娠期焦虑是产妇在妊娠期出现各种担忧的具体表现,其中包括对胎儿健康的忧虑,对分娩过程的焦虑,对疼痛的恐惧,对家庭结构变化的不安以及社会功能降低的担忧等~([1])。很多女性在这段时间内可能不表现明显的沮丧或是消沉等症状,但持续进展往往会诱发抑郁~([2]),甚至影响胎儿的发育,增加早产风险~([3])。妊娠期焦虑是困扰女性妊娠过程的一项健康问题,其发病率高达普通人群的3倍~([4])。因此,本文将近年来妊娠期焦虑及其影响因素的研究现状及其进展予以综述,以期提高医护人员对该特殊时段女性心理健康的重视。
