摘要
通过采集福建省水稻主产区的稻瘟病菌,鉴定并分析了福建省稻瘟病菌生理小种种群情况,将2017—2018年福建省的126份稻瘟病菌株划分为6个群32个生理小种,其中ZA群为优势生理小种,出现频率为41.6%。同时收集南平地区生产上主栽水稻品种,通过苗期抗病性表现,筛选出适合该区域种植的抗病性水稻品种,如隆两优华占、和两优332、隆两优1988、民优667、科优16等品种的抗谱值高达95%以上。
Population structure of blast pathogen collected from major rice production areas in Fujian were analyzed. 126 Magnaporthe grisea isolates obtained in 2017—2018 were classified into 6 population and32 physiological races, among which ZA population was dominant race with 41.6% occurrence frequency.Resistance of main cultivated varieties at seedling stage in Nanping were evaluated, Longliangyouhuazhan,Heliangyou 332, Longliangyou 1988, Minyou 667, Keyou 16 were screened for grown in Nanping which had 95% esistance value.
