导流罩结构参数对轴流风机性能影响的仿真研究

摘要
针对轴流风机运行过程中,导流罩进出口局部损失降低轴流风机性能的问题。利用计算流体力学CFD,通过建立优化导流罩进出口外形模型进行仿真分析,研究了轴流风机风量随导流罩进出口弧度半径变化的规律,对比两种出口形状对轴流风机风量的影响,分析导流罩优化后轴流风机性能改善的原因。结果表明:圆弧角和渐扩式进出口均可提高轴流风机性能。导流罩入口弧度半径R~a为1/5时,700r/min转速下的风量增加30. 5%。导流罩出口为渐扩式管路时,存在一个最佳扩展角,使轴流风机风量优化达到最大。
        An axial fan performance with decrease due to the local loss of the inlet and outlet of the shroud during its operation. The analysis of the simulation was made through the establishment of the model for the inlet and outlet shape of the shroud in optimal design by using the computational fluid dynamics( CFD). The variation of air volume of the axial fan with the radian radius of inlet and outlet of the shroud was investigated. The influence of two outlet shapes on the air volume of axial flow fan was compared,and the reason of the improvement in working performance of the optimized shroud was discussed. The analysis results show that When the arc radius of the inlet of shroud is 1/5,the air volume increases by 30. 5% at 700 r/min. When the outlet is a gradually expanding transition section,the axial flow fan exists an optimal expansion angle where the air volume of axial flow fan reaches the maximum.
