优质护理对提高小儿静脉输液成功率的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨优质护理对提高小儿静脉输液成功率的效果分析。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月来院就诊接受输液治疗患者90例作为研究对象。采用抛硬币法,将90例患者分为两组,每组各45例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受优质护理,根据患者的一次穿刺成功率、依从率、家属满意度来评估本次研究的临床效果。结果观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率以及依从率高于对照组患者,且观察组患者家属满意度高于对照组,组间各项数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将优质护理措施运用于小儿静脉输液穿刺过程中,能有效的提升护理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on improving the success rate of intravenous infusion in children. Methods90 patients who came to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 for transfusion treatment were selected as the study subjects. 90 patients were divided into two groups by coin tossing method, 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group received high quality nursing care. The clinical effect of this study was evaluated according to the success rate of puncture, compliance rate and family satisfaction. Results The success rate and compliance rate of puncture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing measures in the process of pediatric venous infusion puncture can effectively improve the nursing effect.
