个性化宣教对脑卒中患者跌倒预防知信行的影响

摘要
目的探讨个性化宣教对脑卒中患者跌倒预防知识、态度和行为的影响。方法选取2017年9月-2018年2月住院脑卒中患者100例为研究对象,按神经康复病区划分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组常规宣教,观察组根据患者跌倒评分等级采取个性化宣教。比较两组患者住院期间的跌倒发生率及跌倒预防知识、态度和行为的得分情况。结果住院期间对照组和观察组跌倒发生率分别为6%和4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组知识、态度、行为平均分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化宣教对提高脑卒中患者跌倒预防知识、态度和行为方面有显著效果。
Objective To exPlore the effect of Personalized education on the knowledge, attitude and behavior of fall Prevention in stroke Patients.Methods A totalof 100 Patients with cerebral stroke from SePtember 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to neurological rehabilitation wards were divided into control grouP and observation grouP, 50 cases in each grouP.The control grouP routine education. The incidence of falls and fall Prevention knowledge, attitudes and behaviors were comPared between the two grouPs of Patients during hosPitalization.Results The incidence of falls in the control grouP and the observation grouP was 6% and 4%, resPectively. There was no signi? cant difference between the two grouPs(P>0.05). The scores of knowledge, attitude andbehavior in the observation grouP were signi? cantly better than those in the control grouP. The difference was statistically signi? cant.Conclusion Personalized education has a signi? cant effect in imProving the knowledge,attitude and behavior of fall Prevention in stroke Patients.
