补肾疏肝活血汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征

摘要
目的观察补肾疏肝活血汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对患者不良反应发生情况的影响。方法选取我院2016年10月-2017年10月收治的74例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组采用常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予补肾疏肝活血汤进行治疗,观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率及妊娠率分别为97.30%和67.57%,均明显高与于对照组的78.38%和40.54%(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.41%,低于对照组的29.73%(P <0.05);治疗后观察组的黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论补肾疏肝活血汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可促进患者内分泌激素水平的恢复,提高妊娠率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions. Methods We selected 74 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 as research subjects. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into the observation group and control groupwith 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine basic therapy, while the observation group was given the Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the basic therapy. Then the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were 97.30% and 67.57% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.38% and 40.54%, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.41%, which was lower than that in the control group(29.73%)(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T) in the observation group were significantly lower than those of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction for polycystic ovary syndrome can promote the recovery of endocrine hormone level and improve pregnancy rate.
