摘要
为提高对模糊、噪声、压缩、旋转等篡改区域的检测精度与鲁棒性,提出基于离散余弦变换与Gaussian径向基函数的复制-移动篡改检测算法。将色彩图像变换为灰度图像,将其划分为一定大小的重叠子块;对每个字块进行离散余弦变换(discrete cosine transform,DCT),利用DCT分量表示子块;根据DCT分量构建图像的系数矩阵,引入一个高斯径向基函数(Gaussian radial basis function,RBF)核PCA(principal components analysis,PCA),将其系数矩阵的特征值作为块的特征表示;计算不同块之间的Euclidean距离作为不同区域的相似性,并与给定的阈值比较,完成伪造检测。实验结果表明,与当前篡改检测技术相比,所提算法具有更好的检测精度和效率。
        To improve the detection accuracy and robustness of fuzzy,noise,compression,rotation and other tampered regions,a copy move tamper detection algorithm based on DCT and Gaussian radial basis functions was proposed.The color images were transformed into grayscale images,and they were divided into overlapping blocks of a certain size.Discrete cosine transform was used for each block,the DCT component was represented as a block.The coefficients matrix of the image was constructed according to the DCT component,to extract block feature accurately,the feature dimension was reduced,a Gaussian radial basis function kernel function was introduced,and the eigenvalues of the coefficient matrix were expressed as blocks.The Euclidean distance between different blocks was calculated as the similarity of different regions,the forgery detection was completed by comparing with the given threshold.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good detection accuracy and efficiency compared with the current popular tamper detection.
