摘要
目的分析宁夏某大学学生指长比(2D∶4D)与利手的关系。方法利用体质测量及问卷调查方法,比较453例宁夏回、汉族大学生(回族:201例,汉族:252例)左手、右手指长比各均值的差异性及利手构成的分布特征,采用Spearman法分析2D∶4D与利手的相关性。结果 1)宁夏回、汉族大学生左手及右手2D∶4D具有性别差异,男性低于女性(P<0.01);2)宁夏回、汉族大学生6种利手构成在不同性别及民族间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3)宁夏回、汉族大学生女性利手与左手指长比呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论宁夏某大学女学生左利手可能与高指长比具有一定相关性。
        Objective To analysis the relationship of digit ratio(2D∶4D)and handedness in medical students of Ningxia. Methods The mean values of left hand,right hand 2D∶4D and the distribution of handedness with453 medical students(Hui:201;Han:252)were studied. The relationship between digit ratio and handedness was analyzed by the methods of Kendall and Spearmen. Results The ratio of 2D ∶4D in both hands were significantly lower in males than in females for Hui and Han(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in six kinds of handedness composition between different genders and nationalities among Hui and Han college students in Ningxia(P>0.01). The left-handedness in female in Ningxia medical students showed the significant negative relationship to the ratio of 2D∶4D(P<0.01). Conclusion Increased ratio of 2D∶4D may correlates with left-handedness in females.
