摘要
目的优化合爽舒颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计,以欧前胡素含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,考察含乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数对醇提工艺的影响;以橙皮苷含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,考察提取次数、提取时间、水的用量对水提工艺的影响;采用HPLC测定欧前胡素和橙皮苷的含量。结果醇提最佳工艺为:加8倍药材量的70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h;水提最佳工艺为:加18倍药材量的水提取煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论该提取工艺稳定、可行,为合爽舒颗粒的合理开发提供参考。
        Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Heshuangshu granule. Methods With ammidin content and dry extract rate as the indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process including extraction times,extraction time,the concentration and consumption of ethanol as factors. With dry extract rate and aurantiamarin amount as the indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate the effects of the amount of water,boiling time and decocting times on the water extraction process. Contents of ammidin and aurantiamarin were determined by HPLC. Results Optimum alcohol extraction process was determined as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1: 8,70% ethanol,refluxing and extracting for 1. 5 h,3 times. Optimum water extraction process was determined as follows: decocted 3 times with 18 times the amount water,1. 5 h each time. Conclusion The optimized processes are stable and efficient,which could provide a reference for rational development of Heshuangshu granule.
