显微外科手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨脑胶质瘤应用显微外科手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析51例脑胶质瘤患者的治疗资料,所有的患者接收显微外科手术治疗,评价手术治疗效果及患者随访复发情况。结果 51例患者经手术治疗痊愈31例,有效18例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为96.08%,术后随访半年患者肿瘤复发率为5.88%。结论对于脑胶质瘤疾病,采用显微外科手术治疗可获得显著的疗效,手术方法对患者的脑组织损伤较小,这大大降低患者术后疾病复发率,因此值得临床推广。
Objective to explore effect of microsurgical treatment of glioma. Methods review and analyze clinical data of 51 cases glioma patients. All patients was treated with microsurgical treatment, evaluate curative effect and follow-up recurrence of patients. Results 31 of 51 cases were cured with surgery, 18 cases were effective and 2 cases ineffective. Total effective rate was 96.08%, tumors recurrence rate was 5.88% after six months of follow-up. Conclusion microsurgical treatment has significant curative effect on glioma diseases, which has less damage to brain tissue, and reduces postoperative recurrence rate of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
