摘要

为缓解厦门市杏南片区日趋严重的交通拥堵问题,对杏滨路改造后该地区交通概况及停车现状进行分析,探讨其停车问题的原因,提出以片区定位为导向、规划为指导、强化管理、错峰停车、差异化收费管理调节等近远期结合的系统停车优化方案,促进片区交通可持续发展。
        In order to alleviate the increasingly serious traffic congestion problem in Xingnan District of Xiamen,the traffic situation and parking status of Xingbin Road after reconstruction were analyzed,and the reasons for parking problems were discussed. This paper puts forward a short-term and long-term system parking optimization scheme,which is guided by location and planning,strengthened management,staggered peak parking and differential toll management,to promote the sustainable development of regional traffic.
