摘要
以汕头新津河大桥主墩承台钢围堰工程实践为基础,介绍了在复杂海况下双壁钢围堰设计及施工的难点和关键技术;采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢围堰的整个施工过程进行计算,分析了各工况下围堰各构件的应力及变形情况;通过对钢围堰吊杆下放过程轴力的现场实测和理论分析相结合,为该海况下围堰安装施工提供了必要的安全保证。
        Based on the engineering practice of steel cofferdam for main pier pile cap of Shantou Xinjin River Bridge, the difficulty and key technology in the design and construction of double-wall steel cofferdam under the condition of complex sea are introduced. According to the general finite element analysis software ANSYS on the whole construction process of steel cofferdam to calculate, the stress and strain of each component of the cofferdam under different working conditions are analyzed.Through the combination of field measurement and theoretical analysis of the axial force of the steel cofferdam's hanger rod during the lowering process, the necessary safety guarantee is provided for the installation and construction of the cofferdam under this sea conditions.
