摘要
为确保矿井开采安全,减少爆破对矿体围岩及周围环境的影响(如巷道边帮滑塌、顶板破坏等),合理设计爆破方案对于控制和改善采矿经济技术指标、降低生产成本具有重要作用。通过对某矿山进行井下爆破试验,在爆破技术设计中,对拉槽爆破方案、孔网参数与孔径、换段爆破、顶板与边帮精细控制爆破和装药方式等进行了详细探讨,并结合该矿山地质特征及生产实际情况,合理确定了孔网参数((1.5~1.7)×(1.5~1.7)m)、炸药单耗(0.35 kg/t),在防治爆破对周边环境的破坏,降低炸药单耗,提高爆破效果等方面取得了一定的成效。
In order to ensure underground mining safety,reduce the impact of blasting process to ore-body surrounding rock mass or its adjacent environment( such as both sides of roadway collapses,roadway roof destruction,and so on),reasonable design of blasting scheme is help for controlling and improving the mining technical indicators,decreasing mining economic cost. Through underground blasting test of a mine,during the the process of blasting design,the slot blasting scheme,mesh parameters and aperture,replacement blasting,fine controlled blasting of roof and both sides of roadway,and charging way are discussed in detail,besides that,based on the geological characteristics and production practice of the mine,the reasonable mesh parameters(( 1. 5 ~ 1. 7) ×( 1. 5 ~ 1. 7) m) and single consumption of explosives( 0. 35 kg/t) are determined. The study results show that the above blasting technical parameters is help for the prevention and treatment of the destruction of blasting to surrounding environment of blasting area,reduction of single consumption of explosives and improvement of blasting effects.
