摘要
通过对采用直螺栓连接的预制综合管廊整体试件进行试验,以研究带直螺栓接头的预制拼装综合管廊的受力性能、破坏形态等特点。试验结果表明,采用直螺栓连接的预制拼装综合管廊具有较好的受力性能。试验时管廊顶板受拉区混凝土首先开裂,出现弯曲裂缝,随着荷载增大,裂缝不断增大并最终发生弯剪破坏。破坏时管廊试件顶板及侧壁的跨中及角部的受拉钢筋屈服,而试件腋角处斜向受压钢筋尚处于弹性阶段。试件破坏时其承载力为设计承载力的1.91倍,结构具有较好的安全余量。
The specimen of prefabricated utility tunnel with straight bolt connections are tested to study the failure mode,mechanical properties and strain characteristics. The test results show that the prefabricated utility tunnel with straight bolt connection has well mechanical properties. In the experiment,the flexure cracks firstly appear in the tension area of the top plate of the tunnel,with the increasing of the load,the width of the cracks increase and finally the flexural and shearing failure occurs. The tensile steel bar in the middle span and corner of the top and side plate of the tunnel yield while the inclined compression steel bar in the haunch of the specimen is still in elastic stage. The ultimate bearing capacity is 1.91 times of the designed bearing capacity,and the structure has a good safety margin.
