摘要
真空电阻炉是一种非线性、时变性和滞后性的大惯性系统,传统的炉温控制方法具有控制精度低等缺陷,为此,介绍了一种适用于真空电阻炉温度控制的智能温控器。首先阐述了智能温控器的控制原理,然后详细阐述了智能温控器的硬件构成和软件构成。为真空电阻炉的温度控制提供了一定的参考。
Vacuum resistance furnace is a great inertia system with non-linearity, time-varying and hysteresis, the traditional control method of furnace temperature usually has low precision, therefore, this paper introduced an intelligent temperature controller applicable to vacuum resistance furnace. Firstly, the paper expounded the control principle of intelligent temperature controller, and then explained the hardware and software in detail, hoping to provide certain reference for temperature control of vacuum resistance furnace.
