摘要
针对浮选控制过程工况复杂、控制点数多以及设备分布分散等特点,将Quantum PLC冗余技术应用于磷矿浮选控制系统,介绍了Quantum PLC冗余系统以及磷矿浮选控制系统的软硬件配置。实践表明:系统运行平稳、安全可靠、性价比高,值得相关项目借鉴。
        According to the conditions of the complex condition,large number of IO points and widely distributed equipment,the working principle of Quantum hard redundancy was analyzed and it was applied to the automatic control system for flotation process.The configuration hardware and software were introduced. The industrial application shows that the automatic control level is enhanced and the system is reliable. The system cost performance is high,and it is worth learning.
