裘昌林以脾虚论治发作性睡病经验

摘要
裘昌林教授从事中西医结合神经内科临床工作40余年,对治疗神经系统疑难病有丰富的临床经验。文章重点介绍裘昌林教授以脾虚论治发作性睡病的经验。裘教授认为,本病与脾的关系最为密切,脾气亏虚是本病的基本病因,也是其他证型的病理基础;本病常因虚致实,多为虚实夹杂之候;临床分痰湿困脾、阳气虚衰、肾元亏虚、气滞血瘀四型;治疗善用"温药""开窍药""豁痰熄风药";临床疗效满意。
Professor QIU engaged in clinical practice of integrative medicine treatment of neurology more than 40 years, and accumulated rich clinical experience in treating nervous system difficult disease. The article focused on professor QIU Changlin's experience of treating spondylosis with spleen deficiency. Professor QIU believes that the disease and the spleen of the most closely related, deficiency of spleen qi is the basic cause of the disease, but also the pathology of other syndromes. The common cause of this disease due to excess caused by deficiency, and the symptoms of this disease presented as intermingled deficiency and excess. There are four common syndromes in clinic such as syndrome of phlegm-dampness disturbing spleen, yang deficiency syndrome, syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the treatments of this disease should make good use of ‘warming drugs', ‘drugs for resuscitation', and ‘drugs for resolving phlegm with arresting wind', which could receive satisfactory clinical effect.
