裴晓华治疗急性乳腺炎经验

摘要
裴晓华教授治疗急性乳腺炎常运用瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减,同时结合揉散手法排乳、艾灸和中药外敷等外治法,疗效良好。裴老师常选用桔梗作为引经药,一般用量为6 g,与方中黄芩、连翘等解表药药效相合。裴晓华老师认为急性乳腺炎的预防远大于治疗,保持乳管的通畅和良好的哺乳习惯是关键,对患者进行排空乳房、正确摆放婴儿哺乳体位以及保持乳头和乳房卫生等适当的教育,则可预防急性乳腺炎的发生。
Professor Pei Xiao-hua chose Trichosanthes and Arctium Decotion to Acute Mastitis that the treatment should focus on removing stagnation for dredging in combination with some external therapies such as kneading for promoting lactation,moxibustion and TCM for external application,etc.,which has achieved very good efficacies. Professor Pei often uses Jiegeng( Radix Platycodonis) as the drug for dredging meridians,the amount is usually is 6 g,and it is often combined with Huangqin( Radix Scutellariae),Lianqiao( Fructus Forsythiae),etc. for releasing superficies. According to Professor Pei,prevention of acute mastitis is far greater than the treatment,so keeping the milk tube unobstructed and good nursing habits is the key. It is necessary to give patients proper education,such as how to emptying the breasts,how to correctly place infant feeding position and keep the nipple and breast health,which may help to prevent acute mastitis.
