双轴向与四轴向经编复合材料弯曲性能对比实验研究

摘要
对比分析了双轴向、四轴向经编玻璃纤维复合材料分别沿0°和90°方向的弯曲性能。分别以0°/90°双轴向和0°/+45°/90°/-45°四轴向经编玻璃纤维织物为增强体,E-2511-1A环氧树脂/2511-1BT固化剂混合液为基体,基于VARTM实现复合材料试样成型,测试并比较两种复合材料沿0°和90°的弯曲性能。结果表明:四轴向经编复合材料弯曲试样纱线损伤和分层失效现象较双轴向经编复合材料严重,增大复合材料增强体内0°或90°纱线线密度有助于提高该方向复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量。同时,由于+45°或-45°纱线层存在,可在一定程度上提高复合材料的弯曲强度。
        The bending behaviors of glass fiber composite reinforced with biaxial and quadriaxial warp-knitted fabrics along 0°and 90°directions were comparatively analyzed,respectively.The composites which were reinforced with 0°/90°biaxial and 0°/+45°/90°/-45°quadriaxial warp-knitted glass fabrics and the mixture of epoxy(E-2511-1 A)and curing hardener(2511-1 BT)were manufactured by applying VARTM(Vacuum assisted resin transfer molding).The bending behaviors of two composites along 0°and 90°directions were tested and compared.The result shows that the quadriaxial specimen had more serious damage and delamination than the ones of the biaxial specimen.The bending strength and modulus of composites could be improved by increasing the density of yarn.The bending strength of composites could be enhanced by arranging the layers in 0°and 90°.
